To help maximize the sale price of a client’s home, we offer Spruce Home Advantage powered by Freemodel - a comprehensive pre-sales home renovation service. The remodel team can deliver everything from cosmetic
upgrades—such as painting, flooring and landscaping—to full remodels, including a new kitchen, new bathrooms, and new outdoor spaces. They will design, manage and pay upfront for all the pre-sales prep, including staging. The seller pays out of escrow when their home sells.
